Today we’re continuing our search for the best 55  plus community in our own backyard The Villages   Florida so come along with us as we take a  trolley ride down to The Street of [Music] Dreams [Music]

Oh you found a drink you going to drink straight I  found something go ahead let’s see you do it they   do drink in the Villages one that’s a little  rum somebody got into it Margarita down there party not a very big party it’s eclectic in here Y ou can put a little table and a couple chairs I   like this cool you get the  bench there you got a room here [Music] Something in between some place for all your makeup nice size closet Kristy in a [Music] jar [Music] or it’s for guests that you  don’t want to stay very long well you know you   put up a little thing to put their suitcases  on you got everything you need still a big

Nice side yeah and then the second room  is there is there a bathroom down right   here okay and it’s got you could kind of shut  this off too with a pocket door there I think   that’s the concept that going for right but  there’s two rooms block these people [Music] in [Music] [Applause] You should have brought it with you look it’s  a guy’s robe so this must be the guy’s closet   it’s almost big enough you could put maybe a  little tiny square and add some more [Music] Shelves [Music] yeah low windows and they’re together   these windows I like this is a nice  size bedroom yeah a real door on the Bathroom yeah no pocket door come in except for on   the bathroom door yeah probably  never use it this pretty [Music] big like it because it’s open  sinks separated you can just   get to everywhere you need from the shower  although that I don’t know about that looks Deadly I found somebody for you to [Music] kiss you would back up  to the newest course opened at   the time of [Music] filming it’s Barb  and Bill from Madison [Music] Wisconsin Okay so we walk in you got your  typical bedrooms at the front of the house kind of like this wall color  this beigy yellow it’s [Music] yeah [Music]   so this kind of sink design we’ve seen this before  this is the one I said I really like the way it  

Looks exactly like the last one doesn’t it wasn’t  it the last one was the last one [Music] maybe   so here’s a golf course view for you yeah,  I love these windows these bigger windows

[Music] come on in thank you is this your home  okay I think they’re all taupe all of them most of them have a small bedroom  or office the front floor   that looks a little bit gray compared to the light [Music] color so two and a half car garage  

Oh this one’s deep you get two  or three golf carts in [Music] [Music] here so Kristy how much is this  pool this pool is $130,000 $130,000? does that include the water?  Throw the water in for free? it’s kind  

Of like a lap pool with a short  laps really isn’t it 30 or 40 ft [Music] there’s the primary  Suite with a view over the golf course this one has his and hers closets separate  from the space which is a good idea too these are  

Different knobs first time I’ve seen these  knobs but they’re the same knobs that are in   that kitchen doesn’t seem quite right I don’t  know I think they look like bathroom knobs   yeah they don’t fit in the kitchen so we got to  walk-in shower Kris will demonstrate here turn  

That knob see if the water works, very funny no  better than that at least you wouldn’t be under It looks like there’s rain  on them that is the type of   glass it’s like an old style of glass  not perfect all your dreams come true I think they should have a [Music] giveaway [Music] [Applause] [Music]  [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] down [Music] [Music] this is a little different it’s  

A little different not as much  space but everything’s kind of open could be enough two people I think [Music] back here too we missed a whole  part of this well we’re not done   yet we didn’t miss it unless we  walked out the door we’re still [Music] here [Music] [Laughter]  [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music]

That is one of the larger lanais without a Pool dancing in the closet  it’s a big [Music] closet   is a very big closet needs all kind of [Music] shelving so what did you think of this one  ?it was a gorgeous one very big might be  

Out of my price range okay so what’ you  think Kristy we got a really good tour of   most of the homes maybe half were open today  yeah plenty of maps plenty of floor plans it   was very well organized I enjoyed it a lot  most of them were decorated which choices  

Makes it more interesting so yeah it’s really  nice tour so which one are you got to buy me?   I don’t know it’s a big decision when interest  rates get to 2%! One of those with a pool? oh
