In this week’s video, join me on an unforgettable backpacking adventure in Yosemite! 🌲

We hike up to the stunning Vernal Fall via the Mist Trail, which felt more like a shower than a mist. For the first night, we set up camp at the bustling Little Yosemite Valley Campground, in the shadow of Half Dome.

On day two, we tackle the challenging cross-country hike to the Diving Board, situated below Half Dome. The hike was difficult, but we were rewarded with a breathtaking view of Half Dome from an angle rarely seen. Standing on the edge of a sheer cliff, this is as close to the face of Half Dome as you can get without climbing it. This is also the exact spot where Ansel Adams took his famous photo, “The Monolith.” I have been wanting to do this hike for years, and today, my dream finally came true.

Our journey wraps up on day three as we descend via Clark Point, with a detour to the top of Nevada Fall. Don’t miss this epic adventure! 🏞️📸
