San Sebastian Street Fiestas 2025 | SanSe 2025 | Inaugural Comparsa
The Inaugural Compasa/Procession of the 2025 Fiestas de la Calle San Sebastián (SanSe 2025) is already in the history books and, by the looks of it, they’re going to be the largest ever. Close to 180,000 people danced down San Sebastian Street, from Abraham Lincoln School to Plaza San José, on the Corner of Calle San José and Calle San Sebastián.
I’ve been visiting the fiestas since the early 70’s and this is the largest and longest comparsa that I have ever seen. Hence, walking ahead of the comparsa was definitely not an option this time. In any case, I did my best to capture the entire experience. Enjoy!
