The new Plaza de España. Welcome to one of the green hearts of the city.
Presided over by the Cervantes Monument, with its iconic sculpture of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza, Plaza de España is the starting point for several pedestrian routes that will take you through the main sites of the city: the Royal Palace, Gran Vía, Madrid Río, Casa de Campo and Parque del Oeste. In total, 70,000 square metres to stroll around.
