We’ll stop in Binibona, a tiny retreat tucked away from the crowds, where a countryside hotel offers the perfect spot for a slow, farm-to-table lunch. Think homemade bread, fresh produce, and traditional Mallorcan olive oil made just as it has been for centuries.
Then, we’ll make a quick stop at Gorg Blau, one of Mallorca’s most stunning reservoirs, before ending the day in Deià, catching a sunset that turns the cliffs and sea into a golden masterpiece.
