if sun is the true source of heat & light then how come you human slaves can only look at the sun during sunset times as if the sun burns with less intensity but that can't be because sunset at one location is morning or afternoon or evening sun else where ? >
if sun is the true source of heat & light then how come it gets darker & colder the more you rise in altitude instead it should get brighter & warmer because you would be getting closer to the sun ? >
if sun is the true source of heat then if the sun moving few degrees north & south in the sky become the difference between summers & winters then why winter days are colder in the presence of the sun while summer nights are warmer in the absence of the sun ? >
Watching your arrival into Spain and discovering the metro system gave me a chuckle. A few years back a colleague and I went to Barcelona for work. When we arrived we took the low risk option and jumped in a taxi from the airport to the hotel. €55 😢 When we were leaving we thought we would be responsible and take a €10 train to the airport. Turns out we got on a non stop express train to a stop 300km down the coast. We nearly died when the train sped past the airport. Ending up costing us a €200 taxi all the way back to the airport. 😂
Would be nice if you had the donation facility activated. I would love to buy Dane a beer / cappuccino along your travels 😂
Strange how people differ with first impressions of a city.
I look at the clean streets/plazas no rubbish littering the streets and say “We definitely not in South Africa”.
Thanks for the tour. I more than likely will never see it in person but it is impressive.
Really enjoyed this video. I am an armchair traveler and will be joining you on your 3 month trip. Looking forward to the next video.
Awesome new adventure 🥳
Madrid is beautiful, never realised just how stunning it is, great video, 👍, From Frances uk ♥️♥️
Loved the tour can't wait for the next one.
Have a great trip in Europe. I`m a little bit sad, that I cannot see more of your tipps in South Africa, because I'm going there in November for the 15th time. I'm from Vienna , another great city, maybe you come here.
Great content, but visuals not as crisp as in many of your previous videos. Still watched to the end and enjoyed it. 🌸

Esos loros son cotorras argentinas y hay un problema con ellas, se han convertido en una plaga y al no ser autóctonas están desplazando a la fauna local.
How nice to watch a video from you both! Appreciate the efforts. Enjoy Espania!

The 33 € taxi fare at the airport is the same price to the centre of Madrid or within the M-30 area.
Yes, at Barajas Airport (now called Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas) you can move between the terminals without leaving the security area, thanks to an internal transport service. This service connects terminals T1, T2, T3, T4 and T4S. You can use the automatic train or a shuttle bus to move between the terminals.
You are close to Toledo!!! Go see by train its a wonderful city, Madrid after dark. Puerta del Sol, located in the heart of Madrid, is one of the most bustling and vibrant areas in the city. Known for its symbolic clock tower and the Tío Pepe sign.
7:45 Nothing to do with history. It's simply a building plot. By the way, the Muslims built just a castle and a small village around it, which was conquered by the Christians about a thousand years ago. There is nothing left from those times, apart from some remains of the old wall. The Muslim "city" never had more than 500 inhabitants.
Parakeets are an invasive species. They are "cotorras argentinas" (monk parakeets), birds that originally arrived as pets but, either by escaping or being released by their owners, adapted perfectly and are now displacing native species. In any case, I believe there is a regional government program to control them and eventually eradicate them.
The Royal Palace has nothing to do with Versailles. In fact, Versailles was inspired by another palace in Madrid, the Buen Retiro, which belonged to Louis XIV of France's father-in-law, Philip IV of Spain. That's why it is built with bricks and is far from Paris, just like the Buen Retiro. By the way, this palace was destroyed by Napoleon's troops during the French occupation, and only two pavilions remain today.
Os habéis perdido nuestra gastronomia, es lo que tiene ser mochilero
Those are not cherry blossoms, rather almond blossoms, they are just in their time.
Hi! The green parrots are a plague from outside Spain. Their name is "cotorra argentina". It's a species of bird wich invaded the cities and displaced some local birds.
Madrid City Hall is trying to deal with the problem.
Enjoy your time in Madrid!
9:40 that´s not yogurt but fresh cheese. It is Queso de Burgos (Burgos Cheese)
