Tour of Sagrada Familia and Passion Tower Barcelona Spain

Come along with me for my tour of Sagrada Familia and the Passion Tower in Barcelona.

The Sagrada Familia is a must see if you are in Barcelona! The basilica has been under construction for 140 years and is almost complete. My visit also included the Passion Tower. The Passion Tower is approximately 367 feet tall. You take an elevator up, but steps are required to get down. The tower has approximately 504 steps that descend down a winding spiral staircase. Often it was extremely dark and most of it had no handrails. No kidding, I was worried about the trip down the stairs! It was pretty sketchy. Watch the video…you can probably tell I was nervous coming down, but I took my time.

If you have mobility issues or are claustrophobic, then you should avoid the towers. I have two bad knees, but I was determined to do it!
