Took this option back from SB to Bilbao… Cheap, but very slow. Tip: try to break journey once or twice on route.
As always, great information clearly explained. I’m hoping to go to both places later this year so this trip would be perfect to take in the scenery between the two. Muchas gracias por todos los buenos consejos
Does this use the same tracks as the Feve line which goes even further?
Thanks Tony for another great video .
I did a fare search on the Euskotren website from the Casco Viejo station in Bilbao to San Sebastian (Amara station) for an upcoming weekday.
Regular one-way fare is €7.00, and (as you mentioned) only €2.00 with a barik, bat, or mugi card.
Trains leave the Bilbao station once every hour from 5:58 to 19:58.
Really good video with clearly objective and informative opinions. I especially enjoyed the hilariously honest "if you can figure out the fare webpage you are someone of superior intelligence" that shows you're not some overhyping positive instagrammer or some government tourism agency!
Thank you for this video! What a lovely route to travel!
Very informative video! thank you!
Que mal suena lo de euskotren! 😂
