[Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] Welcome to Seville everyone. We’re in Spain. Welcome. I’m right out in front of La Plaza de Espña. And I’ve been in Spain visiting here in Seville for a bit. It’s the first time I’ve seen the gates closed. Serado. I don’t know why. And um so I was hoping to do this little intro from inside all of its beauty, but we can feel its beauty right here. And I have some scenic shots to show you as well. Coming up from La Paza de Espña. Welcome to this vegan food vlog, which will also include vegetarian options. We’re going to enjoy two vegan paella restaurants right here in Seville. We’re going to go on some highlight tour of our vegan Seville topless tour and we’re going to enjoy some vegan churros at a historic spot here in Seville as well. So, I’m so happy that you’re here with me and we’re going to take a stop right now over to continue saying welcome over at Lasetas de Seabilla. My name is Star. Welcome to the Star Show channel and I’m so happy to go on this culinary fun adventure with you all. I created two different intros for this vlog and I decided to use them both. So coming up shortly is intro number two from underneath Lasas de Sevilla. Lasas means the mushrooms and it is the name that the residents of Seville gave to the structures mushroomlike appearance. I was so taken by the calmness I felt when I first stepped outside upon it at night, surrounded by its changing lights and music. It reminded me of what I felt being cradled in a wooden gondola in Venice. The views are so special by day and night. There’s also a special movie experience upstairs and more interactive aspects to the structure as well. Ola from Seville and welcome to Spain. In today’s vlog, we’re going to visit a couple of vegan paella locations in Seville. We’re going to check out some vegan churros at Cafe El Creio and we’re going to go on a little bit of a vegan tapas tour. Um, there’ll be some highlights from that culinary tour I took around Seville. So, we’re going to have some fun. Up first is two vegan paella locations. Let’s go. Welcome to Seville. Oh, and I love Seville. [Music] Christina Beastro is located at 19 San Fernando Street in Seville and its owner and chef is Marco Garcia. [Music] Welcome to our first vegan paella stop. I’m so excited to try this first vegan paella stop with you all. So, it’s time to begin our Sevilla vegan paella journey. Let’s go. And the owner, Marco Garcia, has welcomed us, has taken the order for our vegan paella. And Chris Christina Beastro is described as a contemporary Andalucian beastro representing the Andalucian tavern. And Marco Garcia’s parents were also in the restaurant business originally and originated Christina Beastro. And Marco Garcia and his parents have had Christina Beastro here in this very spot since 1988. And we’re here on beautiful Cayey San Fernando. It’s actually where I happen to be staying here at my apartment during my visit in Sevilla. And it’s just a lovely lovely atmosphere. And let’s see a little bit more about the description. It mentions here we can have either a coffee with a breakfast or a cake to snack, a good cherry with a tapa midday, lunch with the menu of the day, or dinner with our natural authentic wines on the terrace. Here we are on San Fernando Street 19 overlooking the old tobacco factory and Hotel Alfonso the 10, 15th, 16th, 17th. I think it’s the 17th. 10. I’ll fill that in. as well as in our small but cozy interior. [Music] Oh, this is it. It’s Alfonso I 13th right across the way from Christina Beastro. It’s hotel Alfonso I 13th which began its construction in 1916. It was built by King Alfonso I 13th himself. Well, thanks for that thumbs up. Let’s peek at the menu some more. So, I’m going to talk about the wide variety of everything. Um, I’m going to name many of the options. Um, so it’s it’s certainly not going to be specific to vegan, although there are other vegetarian and vegan options. I myself am a vegetarian, but I love vegan food. It’s one of my favorite foods. types of foods to eat. In appetizers, we can get artisan bread slices. How special. There’s rice paella with vegetables. There’s black rice paella with octopus and ialo. There’s rice paella with Iberian pork and mushrooms. It’s really, really, really special and spectacular. Before we take our first bite of our Christina Beastro PA, let’s walk over to the University of Seville, the former Royal Tobacco Factory, whose construction began in 1728. Its entrance is directly across the street from my apartment. There’s my apartment’s balconies. There was always a wonderful hum of festive, happy chatter, laughter, music, and singing both day and night. It became as comforting as hearing ocean waves crashing outside of my windows. And I always felt part of the celebratory gatherings that were taking place right outside my home. Here is the view from my balcony. And here is a photo that I took of the sculpture called La Fema of the goddess Fema. According to the legend that Lefam would play the trumpet randomly as the cigarette girls, as the woman who made the cigarettes were known as at the factory entered the building and the legend continues that goddess FEMA can sometimes be heard playing her trumpet above the University of Seia to this day. I’ll just keep it my little secret if I got to hear her play her trumpet during my stay. It was brilliant to wake up to her being the first thing that I saw when I woke up each morning. This photo of Goddess Fema and more of my photography from my travels can be found on my photography Instagram page called Starwoods. little. [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] Hello again. And it kind of like warms you up throughout. Oh my go. [Laughter] [Music] [Music] [Music] Oh, gracias. And so that was called earb. And what is it? It is a strong transparent spirit made from the leftover parts of grapes after wine production. A common drink in northern Spain, especially in Galissia, a bright yellow liquor made with local herbs, grapes are fermented and then distilled to produce a strong alcohol. The solid remains left after pressing the grapes are called mart and are distilled to produce a ru. And um meat traditionally served chilled after a large meal as a digestive digestive. So that was awesome. We got one more little sip left. And it would be time for our cappuccino and good night. Graciaso. [Music] Good night. And that was a really quick wait. I don’t even think that was 10 minutes. There’s a constant moving flow of customers coming in and out and um it moves really really fast and um we’re ready. We’re ready. So the first thing I’m going to do is I’m going to order a sandwich and the sandwich is going to be vegetarian. Um it’s sold with him queso and it’s a hot sandwich that’s kind of like heated up and flattened. And I’m going to order it sin hone so that it’s um fully vegetarian. And um the other thing I want to order is a sangria because when in Spain I’ve noticed that there’s no such thing as a bad sangria and it’s extraordinary. We’ll talk more about that and then it’ll be on to the churros. But while we wait to place our order, let’s take a look at how the churros here are made. [Music] Stay back. [Music] Heat. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] Ananda boy. [Music] Gracias. Thank you. Beautiful. Awesome. Oh, thank you so much. Thank you. So awesome. Here at Cafe Bar Elio. So, um, may I order, um, Monteio Caliente, um, consolar? Oh, awesome. Great. And then also, um, I’m sorry, one glass of, um, sangria, your famous sigret, please. Yes. Okay. Thank you. And later on, I’ll do the churro. Yeah. Okay. Thanks. Gracias. So, oh my goodness. Okay. So to make it vegetarian, I got our queso sandwich him without the himone. And um yeah. And then Okay. So the the churros themselves everywhere in Spain are vegan. So a churro on its own is vegan. Served with the um milk chocolate dipping sauce here. Well, then you know they become vegetarian. So but you can enjoy these churros like this. Traditionally in Spain, they’re actually a traditional Spanish breakfast item. In fact, when I was staying in Madrid at my hotel’s breakfast buffet, they sold chro and along with the chocolate dipping sauce. Let’s take a look. Before I arrived in Sevilla, I visited Madrid. And check out the churros and poras that were on the breakfast buffet. What? Churros for breakfast. Churros. Poras are basically a thicker, non-rig, slightly fluffier churro, but you’ll see them listed as churros on the menus. So, basically, they are like the same thing. Yet, they are technically not the same, but they’re both vegan and the name is basically interchanged. Like here at Bar El Commercial, they’re listed as churros, but they’re actually technically a pora. So, the name is basically interchanged. It may vary by region of Spain. They have a different size and texture because of the tip they’re squeezed out of into the oil. Up until this moment, my only exposure to churros were as a snack item, like at a Disney theme park. So, I was actually extremely surprised that they were being served at breakfast here in Madrid. But would you believe that churros are actually a standard Spanish breakfast? And let me tell you, you ain’t never tasted a chereo until you had one in Spain. M beyond next level. I was so used to seeing them coated in sugar that I added sugar to mine. In Spain, traditionally, they are served with a thick hot dipping chocolate sauce. And this buffet had a help yourself hot chocolate machine. So good. Our sangria and our Caliante Menadito has arrived. So our sandwich is a hot cheese sandwich. Just lost a potato chip with a side of potato chips. And it’s nice and warm and thick and melty and the perfect appetizer for our churros, which will be coming up in a little bit. And our sangria. So, the times in America that I have had sangria, it is unlike anything I’ve had here in terms of sangria. The sangria here is like having sangria for the first time like it’s supposed to be. So, I would totally recommend sangria in Spain. Let’s have a sip. Delicious. Fruity, yummy, good. You can also help yourself to water at the bar or they have bottles of water also for sale. Let’s try one of these delicious potato chips. M [Music] [Music] And we’ll take our first bite of our grilled cheese sandwich. M. The cheese sandwich is so delicious. I’m not even sure what this type of cheese is, but I love it. And the bread is just awesome. And everything is melted nicely, perfectly, and comes out caliante. And the sangria is so refreshing, so delicious. And um yeah, every sangria I’ve had in Spain has just been perfection. So yummy, yum, yummy. The decor in here, it’s just so special. And I’m guessing that these ceramic tiles, I mean, could they have been made in Triana? Probably, right? Um definitely somewhere in Spain. They’re they’re just gorgeous. So many really, really special quaint and cozy decorative details here at Cafe Bar Elamio. [Music] [Music] Let’s continue on with our cheese sandwich. Well, that sangria and that sandwich was perfection. Now, it’s time to order our churros. I just noticed, I’ll show you in a second, a sign where it says there’s chocolate sin lactosa. So, I think that’s milk creatas that make it vegan. Let’s order it. Why not? I thought that sin lactosa meant it might be vegan chocolate because when I was at a gelato place in Seville, they told me that the gelato with the signs that says sin lactosa were vegan flavors. But I have learned that this is not necessarily the case here at Bar El Commercial or anywhere else. So, please ask to find out if it is actually vegan here or anywhere that you see a sign like that. Look how cute the napkins are. This one says Plaza Espña Sel. Um on this side, Patio Bandera Sel too. May I order my chros from you? Also see gracias. Um I’m going to do the full order, please. What you said is a sinco shop. Yes, that sounds good. And then when you get a half the media, is it three or half? Three. Three. Okay, I’ll do I’ll do the full. So I’ll take some home again. On my first night in Seville, I got to bar El Camio later in the evening, close to closing time. So they served my churros in this cute to-go box. Thank you. [Music] [Music] Thank you. Beautiful. Thank you. And on my first visit, I stayed so late that they already closed the metal gate door. I was trapped inside a bar El commercialio. Sounds good to me. You’re really close. I thought you were joking. See you again. I want to come back for more churro. Thank you. You’re welcome. Thank you. See you. around. Thank you. So, I’ve ordered the chaplattes in Lactosa. So, let’s see how they taste and we’ll find out some more about it and I’m excited. Our churros are on the way. Our churros and our chocolate have arrived and I ordered one order. So, when you order one order, you you get five. This is what you get. And if you order a half or maybe a portion, then you’ll get three churros. And I want to hand over the five because I think in the morning I’ll be happy to find a couple extra at home and you’ll be happy to take any leftovers home too. And our chocolate latte is here sactosa and both are piping hot and I’m so excited to try them. Smells so delicious. Kind of true. [Music] Here [Music] [Music] [Music] is what the regular chocolate looks like on another one of my many visits to Bar El Commercial. M Oh, and here I am again back at Bar El Commercial. This time I’m at the bar. [Music] So, let’s do our dip and take a little bit of more of a look at our chocolate lactosa. Oh, wow. It is so nice and thick. Yum. All right. Here we go. A nice big chocolatey bite. Let’s do this. Here we go. Looks amazing. M. [Music] [Music] And this is how the chocolatey churro at Cafe Bar El Mercio. If you don’t have a chocolate smile, you’re not having enough fun. So, let’s go for it. Mhm. Wow. I love these churros so so so much. They’re just so soft and moist and cozy inside, piping hot. And I love that they are not served automatically with like let’s say sugar or cinnamon or any other type of topping on it. And because they’re not sweet in themselves, it’s just a treat to dip them in something sweet such as some sort of a chocolate latte. And that’s just what we did. And more dipping we shall do. I have to say what it reminds me of is um the consistency and flavor and smell that’s reminiscent of a recipe my mother used to make with cream puffs. And I believe it was from a Betty Crocker cookbook. And this reminds me of the cream puff shell. the actual cream puff itself. And um yeah, so I mean it’s scrumptious. The sin lactose chocolatey. I think it’s I actually like it better than the regular milk chocolate one. So just really so enjoyable. I mean just like with a sangria, it’s like having a churo for the very first time. It’s so fresh. It’s so soft. It’s spectacular. It’s literally like no cho I’ve ever had in America. It’s It’s again, this is this is where it’s from. It’s It’s from Spain and this is how we’re supposed to have it. And I’m like, “Oh my gosh, it’s it’s really the best.” And um yeah, just spectacular. And it’s really enjoyable to be able to have a churro here. And yes, them in themselves are vegan. So, you know, it was so great to enjoy. Let’s just keep enjoying. [Music] [Music] the best. [Music] Enjoy your churros. Gracias. We always need a little help here. Thank you. That means I’m having fun. Thank you. Have fun. Good night. Good night. A [Music] [Music] too Good. While I continue to enjoy some more of my awesome truce here, I invite you to take a look at this amazing vegan tapas food tour that I went on. I’m going to tell you all about it. There’s some highlights in the following portion of this vlog. It will include vegan churros with a vegan chocolate sauce as well and some other vegan options around Sevilla. And um I recommend you take that tour. It I I wish I did it at the start of my visit here in Seville, but I’m so happy I’ve done it and I can’t wait to try um also their vegan food guide. And we’ll take a lot take a look. There’s a lot more coming in the next vlog um with highlights from my vegan tapas tour of Sevilla and Cafe Bar El Commercial. ah does not disappoint. This is your spot for chose and I actually wandered in here while I was exploring freely on my very first night here in Seville. I’m so very glad I did. Enjoy. When you come to Spain, when you come to Sevilla, come to Cafe Bar El Camio. [Music] Daniela. [Music] Gracias. [Music] Well, I for sure I’m going to enjoy those extra two churros in the morning over. Oh, thank you, Cafe Bar. I’ll comfort you. Can’t wait to come back again. A flamingo store right next door. A flamingo dress store. And right next door is a beautiful flamingo dress store. So gorgeous. [Music] I mean Got to get some [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] Bang. [Music] Hallelujah. [Music] [Music] Hey, [Music] Power. [Music] [Music] Ola friends. Did you love those churros? M. So, what drew me to Seville? It was Flamco. My father, Paul Hillman, introduced me to Flamco after he moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico. And every time I visit him in Santa Fe, he takes me to see a Flamco show. Last year when I visited my dad in Santa Fe, he brought me to see a Flamco show by La M Arte Flamco. And it was after that show that I decided to take my first flamco lesson at her academy. But more on that after our vegan tapas tour. During my visit to Seville, I attended Flamco performances that were inspiring and extraordinary. We’re about to head on over to Triana for our Seville vegan tapas tour. And since Triana is the birthplace of Sev and Flamco, I thought I’ll share with you a few of the places that I went to see Flamco performances while I was in Seville. Now, Triana is also known for making ceramics like tile. And another city that’s also known as a birthplace of flamco is Granada, Spain. So, I’ll share with you some of these shows that I attended. And after we check out these performance locations, it’ll be time for our vegan tapas tour. [Music] [Music] Hallelujah. [Music] [Music] Hey. [Music] Come [Music] [Applause] [Music] on. Come on. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] Hallelujah. Hallelujah. [Music] [Applause] [Music] It’s nothing. [Music] [Applause] Love [Music] Now we begin our walk over from Seville to Triana for our vegan tapas tour. Yeah. You okay? Let’s walk over the Guadal Kavir River. And like our tour guide Bruno taught us, when you cross over from the other side of the river, you’ve left Seville. You’re in Triana now. Our tour starts close by the Pente de Isabelle II known as the Triana Bridge. So, I actually walked across a different bridge in that video. We’re going to be right by the Triana Market. And our meeting point is right at the Monument Elarte Flamnco, which is also known as the Flamco Woman Statue. Now, to book a Seville vegan tour, you can head right on over to their website, sevilleveganours.com. And the following are just a few highlights of their remarkable tour. The guides Marta and Bruno of Seville Vegan Tours have a gift of warmly connecting with the travelers in their tours and sharing with us an extraordinary insight into Seville’s vegan food options along with history on the city of Seville and a true personal interest in each of our own travels. Now, the locations and the stops and the food that you’ll see offered in my highlights video may differ from the locations and the stops and the food that you would experience on your own tour. Now, let’s head on over to our meeting point for our Seville vegan tour. It’s the Monument Elarte Flamnco, the Flamco Woman Statue. [Music] Hey. [Music] Heat. Heat. N. [Music] [Music] We started out with a traditional Spanish breakfast, churros, followed by a spot for vegan chocolate to dip those churros in at Selva Coffee. [Music] We have to wait because Oh, thank you. Yeah. Also, if you want to basically is preparing a type of churro. Uh that in churro de potato churo. They don’t have potatoes. Okay. But um it reminds us the texture of potato. That’s why we love potatoes. And um yeah, there are two different that one and the one that we call real tur but it doesn’t happen. months ago. One of them has been doing this for since he was 16. Yes, he’s since he was 16. Yeah, he’s 30 years old today. Yeah. In his perhaps 35 years, I think. taking your heads on. So yeah, churros are always actually. Yeah. Basically with flour, salt and it go to Brazil. Yeah. And I don’t know many without enough sugar on top if you want. That’s how we have it. So, it’s a safe thing to have. Yes. And we normally have it either plain or with sugar, but we never add cinnamon for example. And I think it’s something you see a lot in abroad. It is pretty standard in America. They put the cinnamon cinnamon and sugar. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It’s nothing like here. It’s so much better here. Yeah. We always have it for breakfast. Ooh. Okay. Whereas there it’s more like a dessert or a snack. Never a breakfast. Restaurants. Yeah. Like dessert. I know. Oh, it was so funny, right? And that’s why I came here. I’m like, it’s breakfast. Yeah, that is so Please. Going to have a experience. [Music] Okay. [Music] dance. It’s easy. Not only [Music] there you go enjoying the morning churros. Wow. Delicious. Next, we headed into the Triana Market. What a beautiful market with so much food to try. Mart and Bruno recommended visiting the market on a weekday to avoid the crowds on the weekend like we did. [Music] [Music] Hello. Hello. [Music] Um, so pretty much everything is vegan here. I mean, not everything, but majority. And uh, and it has also something [Music] Do you know this one? Saffron. Saffron, right? Uh we love it. And if you don’t know it, this is the most expensive spice in the world. Do you know why it’s so expensive? It’s very labor intensive, right, to get the small things up. Exactly. The strands of saffron. So this is the flower of the saffron. Uh each flower only has like three uh strands of saffron, right? And it has to be handpicked one by one. That’s why it’s so expensive. For one gram of saffron, it takes 200 flowers. So you can imagine. Yeah. But the good news that in Spain is cheaper, okay? Because we produce our own saffron and it’s supposed to be very good quality saffron. Um, so actually I’m going to let you smell it because if you have already tasted the one from Morocco, from Iran, you will see the difference. The Spanish one is more intense, I will say. And we get to taste it. Going to smell it. Yeah. Wow. So cool. Very intense. Never done it before. No. First time. First time. Surprising. So, um, so yeah, very fragrance. Some people say that it smells like leather or tobacco. I would say tobacco. I don’t know. So many. Um, although unfortunately most of the place, most of the restaurants now, especially if you go to very touristic places, they don’t use saffron anymore because it’s very expensive. Um so what they use instead it’s something that is not very good for your half. It’s um artificial coloring. Yeah. Um if you’re lucky they will use half and half but most of the times is only so when you see that the rice is like bright yellow. It’s like very very yellow normally that’s what they’re using because saffron doesn’t give that that color that brightness. Okay. Um so yeah and if you want to use it at home um the best way to do it would be um to toast it before you use it. You just need a pinch. Okay. So you toast it on a frying pan. You put it inside of a foil. It’s better so it doesn’t get burnt. Um and then you grind it on a pesto and then once you have the powder you add it to the food. That will uh that way it will release more flavor and color. Okay. Um, yeah. I recently had a conversation with a guy from I think from Valencia. Uhhuh. And we was talking about pay and he said, “Okay, okay. Go ahead. You can buy something with mom. [Music] [Music] I love olives and Bruno Tolos at Spain has over 200 varieties. piece of olives. [Music] [Music] Thank you so much. Gracias. [Music] Nice. [Music] peppers, garlic. It also has cucumber. Okay. Cucumber looks nice. Special has vinegar. [Music] Start with I’ll go for the al because that’s all right. Yeah. Okay. And you recommend a bread dip on Yes, absolutely. And you can get a spoon muscle. Okay. Okay, beautiful brain dress. Thank you. And there. Okay. Thank you. [Music] And it’s all about uh sustainability as well. So they use local products, local produce. Uh they grow their own vegetables. Uh they bake their own bread also. Oh, and all throughout the tour and while we walked between food locations, Marta and Bruno shared with us history about Seville, about Triana, about Flamnco, and took an interest in our own travels. There was wonderful conversation throughout the entire tour. [Music] [Laughter] [Music] such a pretty street. I love the colors that the homes are painted. Yeah, those are the colors. Oh, is it? Yeah. Normally the that yellow we call Alberto because the color of the sun and the granate is the red that type of red. Yeah. Yeah. You see those colors everywhere. Yeah. Red and yellow. [Music] [Music] We’re also enjoying it. So wonderful. Always fried art teach with romemescco sauce. Okay. The romemesco sauce. [Music] And this next item that we had for dessert, palea, it’s a vegan recipe that Marta and Bruno created themselves and it is yummy. It’s like a traditional andalucian pudding. And their recipe includes warm soy milk and a niece seed mousse. [Music] You got special. [Music] [Music] Hello. Hello guys. I am Marta and I am Bruno and we are Seville vegan tours and we cannot wait basically to welcome you to Seville and offer you the best vegan experience. So if you like food and vegan food, authenticity, culture, history, you can look for us. We are on civilveours.com. Okay, easy to find us. So see you soon guys. Bye bye. Thank you, Marta. Thank you, Bruno. And we can book oursil tapas and market tour and their other tours over at their website, sevilveganours.com. I returned to the Triana Market at another time and it was closing time. I ordered to go the soup that we had on this tour, the lume stew, the pashe de leres. [Music] [Music] [Music] And then I found this place and here’s what I ordered. They described it as a Venezuelan arapa. An orapa is a corn patty that has been grilled or fried. It’s crispy on the outside. It’s soft on the inside. I ordered mine with foles negros queso caliente e aocate which is black beans, warm cheese and avocado. M [Music] [Music] [Music] Oh, and of course, I had freshsqueezed orange juice. And this was the best ora that I’ve ever had. And it just may be the very first meal I have when I returned to Seville. I headed back to Triana on another day. This time to take some portraits of myself. I grabbed my trusty tripod and headed on over to Triana for a self-portrait sesh. [Music] So last year I took my very first flamco class when I was visiting my dad in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I really enjoyed learning dance as a child. [Music] So this was around the time I stopped taking dance at the age of 11. So, here I am now, last year at the age of 50, 39 years later, taking my first steps back into a dance studio and the joy that I can see here in my face. last year at my very first flamco dance class is the same joy that I could see here in this photo of me at the age of three when I was about to go to my very first dance class. Oh, in this picture it was just me dancing around the house having fun. So when I was in Madrid right before I came to Seville, I took two dance classes at Amora deio which is a dance school above a cool marcado and it has a rich long history in flamco dance. [Music] [Music] Yeah. Okay. And we do and one and two and we have to do for this one you have to do one v with the left and two beats with the with the right. This is my flamco dance teacher who’s also an incredible dancer, choreographer, and artist, Aloy Aguilar. [Music] This is the second class that I took in Madrid. So, here I’m learning basic beginner stubs for a routine choreographed by Aloy Aguilar. And one, two, three, four, and one, two, and three. Wait, wait. Open. Open. Okay. Wave. Wait. That’s enough now. 3 4 5 6 7 8. That’s it. 2 3 4 1 2 3 4. Last time. Three and change. One, two, and three. Wait, wait. Open, open, open, open, wait, wait. That’s it. I’m just trying to memorize the steps, but I have the entire routine on video and I look forward to practicing it more and more and having some Zoom lessons with Aloy. This is the old teacher, the old teacher. Wow. Okay. This is the other. And this is the studio. The other one is bigger. Yeah. For example, there are people that come. It’s a big show for the big classes. [Music] Bye bye. Thank you. Okay. Thanks a lot. Thank you, Aloy. When you’re in Seville, here’s a place to take a fun beginner group flamco dance class at I Show you Seville. You get to pick out a skirt to put on, a shawl or a scarf, and even a flower for your hair. The group class was so fun and we were all from different countries. Hello, Maddie, my awesome Seville Flamingo dance teacher. Maddie taught us so much about the history of flamingco and she also taught us halleos. What are they? They are cheers of encouragement that are shouted out at the performers during flamingo performances. Some of the words include olay or olay and awa. Well, why would we say awa? Well, when the performance is hot, we may need some water. Here’s a look at us learning these halos. Yes, you can. Exactly. Okay. Yes. One more time. [Applause] Aqua [Applause] alpha. [Music] Okay, now you’re ready. You’re professional. The last movement that we have. [Applause] Now it’s time to walk back home to my Airbnb, past the cathedral and many beautiful sites and shops. [Music] away. Away. [Music] There’s one more restaurant that I’d love to highlight. It’s Cappuccino Restaurant right here in Seville. Cappuccino is located at Cay San Fernando 41, Casco Antigua, Seville, Spain. Cappuccino became what I’d like to call the nest restaurant of my trip. It represents the place that I went to a lot during my visit to Seville because it felt like home. It was my nest. [Music] I had my favorite things to order there and absolutely everyone there was beyond friendly to me. I have a Nest restaurant at every city I visit. It has delicious vegan options such as gaspacho soup, hummus, and guacamole. I was in love with this pumpkin soup, their pizza, and their guacamole. [Music] I loved their cappuccino drinks, their crepes, and their cava. [Music] And here at Cappuccino, if I wasn’t eating there in person, it was because I was eating at home what I had taken out when I left the restaurant the night before. Cappuccino actually sits on and within the wall of the Alcazar Royal Palace and technically so did my apartment. You can see the Alcazar Castle Wall here. I love the music in their soundtrack. I love the coziness and the relaxed atmosphere and just how absolutely welcoming and friendly everyone there was to me. I spent many enjoyable times there at Cappuccino. [Music] In Seville, I was staying in a pedestrian street, Cay San Fernando, which is far from the main road, which means an Uber can’t come down the pedestrian street, which means it becomes a challenge to get my four, yes, four suitcases all the way down to the Uber pickup area so that I could go to the airport to fly home just for this crate. I’ll show you the other side. This is the street. So, like I said, this is the street and this is a clip from the live stream that I did from Seville of La Kabagata de Reyes Magos. And on this pedestrian street where I lived, Caya San Fernando, we can also see on our right, it’s my favorite Cappuccino restaurant. Hi, Cappuccino. And um now they’re running to another spot. They say, “We’re taking a shortcut. We’re going to a second.” And this is Natalia from Cappuccino Restaurant. Natalia came to my rescue. And Natalia carried some of my luggage all the way down the street along with me and all the suitcases and all the backpacks and we walked down together to the Uber pickup spot. Thank you so much, Natalia, for helping me. That was the sweetest thing in the world. Thank you, Natalia from Cappuccino. And this is Sergio, also from Cappuccino. And Sergio came out to the Uber pickup spot to say goodbye to me. Thank you, Sergio. Thank you, Natalia. And thank you to all the wonderful friends at Cappuccino in Seville. I cannot wait to come back to your restaurant. Cappuccino Restaurant has many locations throughout Spain and one location in Switzerland. I enjoyed watching this video along with you all from right here in my home in Florida in America. But now it’s time to head on over back to Seville for the outro. Spain is passionate, vibrant, and festive. It was a joy to experience it all and I can’t wait to do it again. Many thanks to all the places we visited today and to everyone that we met. Thank you to Marta and Bruno of Sevilla Vegan Tours. Thank you to Christina Vistro. Thank you to Bar El Commercial. And thank you to Gusto. Thank you everyone. Thank you all for joining me on this culinary travel tour of vegan options and vegetarian options around Seia, Spain. It has been so special to get to enjoy all of the Spanish cuisine with all of you. Thanks for traveling to Spain with me. I loved everything we had and I hope that you get the opportunity to enjoy all of this wonderful food here in Seville and Triana one day too. We had a vegan tapas tour. We had churros. We had two vegan paella restaurants and it was all delissioso. Oh, how special to have gotten to visit Spain all together. I thank you all for traveling here today with me. I wish you all a happy happy and look forward to seeing you on the next live stream or vlog from Disney parks or from anywhere in the world. I’ll see you all soon. I wish you a happy happy. See you on the next one. Adios from Spain. Gracias. Thank you. [Music] Like and subscribe. Okay, thanks. Bye. [Music]
