Guys, if you love great food, get yourself to the best country now. And San Sebastian, north of Spain, has the best food in the world. Here are the top pincho bars you need to visit whilst you’re in San Sebastian. First stop is Baramba. It’s important to note that pinchos is the country’s signature tapas, and they can range from a simple slice of bread topped with food with a more elaborate creations. And I got the monfish pinchos, which was potatoes layered with monfish and prawns, and it was absolutely delightful. Next stop was Bara Berry. It’s a lively bar known for their pig ears and pork ribs. It was slightly sweet and the meat was tender, just melt in your mouth. And right next to Bodaberry, we stopped off for some ox cheek and calamari. And the ox cheek had that soft, rich, beefy flavor. It made my cheeks feel like a wall. Next stop was Bexa. I can’t even say it, bro. It’s a long-standing tavern showcasing anchovy snacks and other dishes. I can’t lie, I wasn’t even feeling it. It had that bitter aftertaste. We just stopped off at Banderas. We got the laga which are slightly salty, tangy, and spicy flavor profile. And the steaks here are cooked to perfection. My boy enjoy. Come on. I had to wash it down with sangria. And lastly, to sweeten things up, we stopped off at Mats. And you can’t go to the Bas country without having the Basque cheesecake. Trust me when I say that this cheesecake had that rich velvety smooth custard-like texture. It was the food in San Sebastian. Bangs.
