Hello and welcome back to another video this fall I was invited to join the surf companions Ambassador trip to Northern Spain and it was the most magical week we had fun little baby waves that were perfect to work in our technique and progress in our surfing which surf

Got me on the ceiling but the Feel guys guys guys I need to tell you about the surf session it was incredible we went in this morning and Danielle gave us a little crash course longboard Workshop which was really cool because my biggest issue is that I don’t know when to do my cross steps and I’m not

Too sure when on the wave is the best place and time to do them so he explained everything it was really really cool it was really helpful and I got to implement it right away which was incredible like I’m just so happy that it was just so so cool and then I went

Out to shoot a little bit also fly the Drone get all the content that you just saw and then I went back in and all the other surf companions were also in the water and they’ve been in the water for the full amount of time so they were

Tired at some point and went out but I was like you know what I just might as well go in and Wally and his friend also joined me and we were in for so long we got out of the water at like 3:00 and we

Went into the water at like 10:00 it was actually crazy it was such a good session I had so much fun the wave just kept coming and it was like the water was as you saw like this Crystal Clear insane water I don’t even like I I don’t

Even think I’ve ever like not even Hawaii water this clear was beautiful absolutely amazing the waves just kept coming my arms were hurting so bad my neck was like completely sore just fully stiff but I couldn’t stop I just went another and another and another there

Also weren’t a lot of people in the water at that point anymore so you could just take each wave that came around you just went and then you piled back and oh it’s so amazing amazing and the cross steps from this morning I was able to implement them so well which was awesome

It was just like I just felt like flying cuz it’s like you are on the board super close to the front you’re super fast the wave just doesn’t break at all you’re like speeding along it it’s like crystal clear water you can’t barely see the wave it’s like it actually felt like

Flying it was so special and I’m so grateful that I had a beautiful session it was so fun just wanted to share and tell you about it because I loved it I’m thinking now now I’m thinking I might have CAU the Dr blow yeah I want

Super simple super easy tell me what sparked the idea for the book initially what was the first thing that was like Hey this could be a cool idea let’s do it there’s a long answer and there’s a longer answer I’m a typical holiday Surfer MH so I

Surf for 2 to 4 weeks a year but there’s a lot of time in between my surf trips a lot of time to forget yeah what you’ve learned when you’re on your next surf trip by the end of the first week you start remembering the things that you

Actually already learned last time and that’s super super annoying so I started taking notes so I could look at them for my next surf trip love to sketch I did the notes in form of sketches one point in 2019 you can take over yeah we met cuz uh he came to the

Surf camp I was head coach in South Spain I saw him drawing on the Terrace because I made my own note obviously not as Majestic and beautiful than him but I also did this I had the same idea because I did when I was on my tripan

Morocco every time I progress I also took notes and then I saw him taking notes and I F like we have to make a book and then we looked at each other like yeah yeah it would be nice no it would be nice yeah and then we said it

Three times and then I always wanted to do a book this was so obvious there there was a split second of think about it it was very natural decision that’s really cool so what is the intention and who is it for mainly what would you say originally it was intended for Holiday

Service surface obviously because our assumption was which is of course correct um these are the Surfers who need it the most but turns out that almost every learning Surfer needs it kind of uh because we get a lot of orders from places that are really close

To the Sea and then thought seems to be useful for for the people who can go surfing everying day as well and that’s our Target group every single learning surfer surfer and every Surfer is still a learning Surfer I feel like yeah yeah you never never stop yeah you never stop

Learning and when you stop learning you just um do something else like switching from a short board to a long board to a longboard yes cuz there might be something coming so excited for the longbo compan you guys want to add I like the a lot because of the whole

Process that that originally was only let’s say only for learning surfers we didn’t plan on it but now with all the customer feedback and customers we have they actually also buy it for friends and for their kids like for example to draw out or some buy it just because the

Illustrations are so beautiful yeah they really are I remember myself when I started surfing I bought everything which had to do something with surfing I bought the watches everything I smelled at the wax at home I did all the crazy stuff and I can now imagine again like

Yeah because surfing is such an emotional sport it’s all encompassing like it takes over your life I feel like if you’re Surfer you’re a full blood Surfer awesome thank you guys so much for a little interview also thank you again for having me on this trip for being here with cool

Whole time so we couldn’t skate and we’re here now and it’s sunny weather and I can finally skate it and I I went here I was like dude I know this place this is so crazy love how small the world is but yeah let me show you the place

All the fears that they sh become clear that the world un i’ Rather me sh when You just a super super quick room tour so you have an idea of what our place looks like this is the room where I sleep in with Sophie it’s actually a beautiful house with like really nice wooden ceilings exposed beams and everything is super white and clean I

Love the aesthetic of it it’s really really pretty and they even make the beds every morning which is super sweet because we always crash this place as you can see our stuff is everywhere that’s just how it goes and then the rest of the house is also really pretty

We have multiple rooms this is the bathroom which is super small but super functional with all the stuff here super nice we also have some external bathrooms we have multiple showers so in case we all come back from the surf at one time we can even shower in different

Showers which is really luxurious we have a huge Garden which is absolutely perfect to do yoga in stretch relax read a book meditate Absolut absolutely gorgeous I love this estate it’s really really really nice house and it’s a quick walk to the Beach mag in the Dream I nice you made it wow that was amazing nice she just me well it’s actually a Lot I Am
