Royal Alcazar of Seville
Hi everyone welcome back to the channel today we are in Seville and we’re making our way to see the Royal Alcazar and this seems like the main Square just walking up and onto our left we will come to the cathedral you can see in the far distance
Here it’s a bit of a wet day today but luckily we managed to miss the rain otherwise saille is beautiful I’m sure it look a lot better in the sun along here you’ve got some souvenir shops we’ve got haand do here so we just arrived at the Cathedral it’s very busy around
Here I would advise you to purchase your tickets online to ensure you’re able to go in and obviously miss the cues as well got Starbucks here if you need to get a drink before you go in lovely architecture on the other side’ got Bakery must be a popular place Butz it is getting
Busy so this is the outside of the cathedral as you can see very detailed you can purchase your tickets online thinking you can get a Combi ticket we have access to the Alcazar the cathedral and the bell tower I would advise to purchase the tickets online and you can
Confirm your time slot you can choose your time and that way you miss the cues and you get a guaranteed entrance walked around and this is the main entrance to the cathedral and these are the ticket prices here it the cathedral we’ve come to the square and
There in front of us is the Royal alkazar so this is the entrance to the alkazar we had our time slot booked for 11:30 but you still have to stand in this long queue so you can see how long the Q is but but the lady did advise that uh
We would still get in on time so as you can see the quees going around so we just have to wait in the queue I guess so we’ve just managed to enter the Royal Alcazar it was about a 15minute queue and as you can see here there a security
Checkpoint so we’ve just come out on the other side of the security checkpoint and just outside here you could purchase your audio guides they’re around €6 and it’s an app that comes straight to your phone so you can either go inside or you can purchase it at the desk
Here come inside the gate to the alaz lot Greenery Gardens are kept well as you walk in to the left there’s a tree here with oranges so they haven’t bloomed yet you can see over here which I guess should be a water fountain but it seems to be closed
Today probably due to the weather here’s a map to get you around the alas are we’re just entering the Hall of Justice as we enter immediately you can see beautiful architecture there’s a water feature right in the middle leaves into the gardens outside but today it’s closed off due to the weather and just to give you a visual of the ceiling again very Beautiful this is the garden just on the other side of the Hall of Justice unfortunately it’s closed today so I can’t walk Around and this is the Moroccan style architecture that goes all the way Around just walking into the courtyard outside the Hall of Justice and I’ve just noticed there’s some pomegranates growing right here there you can see them the courtyard you can get a guide included into your ticket or you could just purchase a ticket without a guide and use

Entrance to the Alcazar as you can see dotted around got many trees that are growing oranges you can see onto the right side of the courtyard just making our way up to the upper Palace just making our way up you can see the beautiful Mosaic tining up the staircase finally made our way up you
Can see some suround make designs so just walking into a room so the video may be a little bit dark but it’s a room full of ceramic Tapestry so there’s quite a few pieces here but I will record a few just to give you a feeling and taste of what you can see so there’s all these different mosaics very beautiful in design most of the pieces you see here are from the 16th century
So this seems to be like a plate made out of clay but then turned into gold so we’ve just come down from the upper Palace and going into the Admiral’s Hall so this is the entrance to the hall so just walking in and look at that beautiful ceiling
Again from the window you can see the gardens outside it’s a piano here in the hallway which I guess says no touch so I just walked into the room beside the Admiral’s B got some artifacts Here and they all look like Fans hand fans this is the courtyard outside the Admiral’s horn you can see beautiful got benches around if you want to take a rest you can have a little sit down and then there’s a water feature in the middle which is just closed for today so we’ve just made our way to the
Assistant House So this is just some mosaics just in the assistant house area and now making our way to the assistant Courtyard very beautiful spe nice to be quiet space you would have come and relax here see on the benches very peaceful so now we’re making our way into the entrance Hall so traditionally there were two entrances according to the Muslim culture ladies to the left and men’s to the right this is the entrance to the right you can see the beautiful architecture again so might be a little bit dark in here This is the courtyard PA the glass is protection is made of and even the rooftop is made of glass they came from this is why in way why they us so just entering the chambers of the Catholic Kings as you can see on the ceiling are the Emblems because so just entering the ceiling room and it’s absolutely Gorgeous all the beautiful architecture all the way up to the Ceiling around the Walls you can see there’s Islamic writing as well So all around all the hallways there beautiful architecture everywhere you Look and surrounded by beautiful Gardens unfortunately the outside Courtyard is closed today don’t know how long it will be closed but they are doing some building work this is the courtyard very Beautiful can see the balconies at the top from the Courtyard there’s a stream of Water everywhere you walk around you see beautiful architecture these were the royal Bedrooms you can see there’s some Islamic writing on the Ceiling just found another outside space again Gardens are kept very well around the Palace and again you can see the orange trees they’re all dotted around I hope you’re enjoying the tour around the palace please like And subscribe to support the channel it’s been great taking you around would appreciate a thumbs up a like And subscribe so we’ve just come to the princess Suite and again beautiful architecture Spe both ends are symmetrical all bedrooms have got very large windows that lead to outside space So just making our way out of the entrance halls I hope you’ve enjoyed the tour please give it a thumbs up like And subscribe it’ be really appreciated so coming back into the courtyard into the main area thank you very much for watching please like And subscribe and see you on the next
