I Discovered Seville’s BEST Kept Secrets!

Join me as I explore Seville’s hidden gems that you never knew existed, including the stunning Metropol Parasol by architect Jürgen Mayer! Discover the art and urban identity of this beautiful city.
It’s our last day in Seville and we still have so many things to see and do! We have visited the REAL ALCAZAR, Seville Cathedral and we are off to see the Metropol Parasol, Museo Antiquarian and so much more.
We have drinks in the cutest little courtyard at Malaguena Y Exquisita Victoria. And give some great recommendations on Christmas ornaments you can find.
Our day takes us through cute little plazas, down beautiful streets and gives us memories that will last for a lifetime!
The Metropol Parasol known as Las Setas or The Mushrooms is an iconic landmark is Seville. It is the world’s largest wooden framed structure and you can walk on top of it. We highly advise taking the time to do this. The views were amazing. Your ticket will allow you to go up at any time during the day and then to return for a night walk. The night time views are quite special.
If you are coming to see the Metropol Parasol be sure to visit the Museo Antiquarian. It is located right under the Metropol Parasol. Discovered when a parking garage was going to be built, this archaeological site shows Seville’s history from the 1st century up to the 13th century. While we were there we discovered that they also hold performances here. Pontius Pilate was being rehearsed.
Our day ended with a meal at La Alicantina. Here we tried cuttle fish for the first time and enjoyed another taste of anchovies.
We headed back to Hotel Nobu to get some rest because we are setting out in our next video to Tarifa, Spain. We did make a quick stop at a church that was open because they were getting ready to have a service, The Church of the Savior of Seville. This is the second largest church in Seville and it was beautiful!
