Bar Nestor in San Sebastián is famous for its tortilla, but was it worth the wait? 🤔
To get your hands on one, you have to arrive about an hour to an hour and a half before they open at 1:00 PM to line up and place your pre-order. While you’re at it, order the steak (and tomatoes, highly recommended!). Then, come back around 12:30 PM to line up again and claim your tortilla—pre-orders get priority. They only make two tortillas per day, so the same routine applies before they reopen at 8:00 PM.
Honestly, while the tortilla was delicious…it didn’t blow me away (I preferred Bar Antonio’s), but I’d still come back for the steak, fresh tomatoes in olive oil, peppers, and the lively atmosphere. Definitely still a must-visit when in San Sebastián, especially for the steak!
