Festival Fever in Sicily: San Sebastian & Giarratana Adventures!

What a few days! We dove headfirst into authentic Sicilian culture at not one, but TWO incredible festivals. First up was the magical San Sebastian Festival in Palazzolo Acreide – the atmosphere was absolutely electric with locals celebrating their patron saint in the most beautiful way. Then we discovered the surprisingly delightful Giarattana Onion Festival (yes, you read that right – and it was AMAZING!)

Join us as we explore these authentic local celebrations, taste incredible food, meet wonderful people, and experience the Sicily that most tourists never see. This is exactly why we fell in love with life here!
