In this video I depart my camp at Alabama Hills in Lone Pine, CA. I drive about 60 miles north to Bishop, CA. I head up into the hills of the Inyo National Forest and find a beautiful camp at the base of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. I explore around and cook up dinner on the camp stove. I take a swim in a natural spring!
Thank you for being here.
*My name is Brian. I started living full time in a self built camper van in 2014 in my hometown of San Diego, CA. I hit the road full-time in 2015 to pursue seasonal work and travel around the U.S. I find free camping on public land and enjoy photography, hiking, biking, and kayaking in nature. Join me on my adventures.
Thanks for watching!

Wow your video quality is amazing like we are right there seeing those blue skies.
You are my favorite. So glad you are back to posting regularly. Look so forward to your super chill videos!
As someone who has been struggling with stress due to overworking myself, and generally I am not scared to say working for a corporation place has showed me a few things that I can and need to change. But watching and finding your videos has truly helped me find my old self and the adventurous spirit that was hiding in be all along. Thank you so much and wishing you the best 🙂
thanks for the video. I have heard a lot about the Alabama Hills, but not camped there. I am going up to Bishop in about 2 weeks. What road do I take out of Lone Pine to get there? When where you there? I bet it isn't that cool there now.
Wow… just wow.
You should do some prospecting and gem hunting maybe add to your income and have some fun.
We loved our time in Alabama hills. We are looking forward to going back when it's cooler 😊
I'm a new subscriber but I hope to be doing this in a couple of years so watching your adventures will keep me motivated.
Please turn up the volume, love you ❤️🙂😉😉

Spring footage was money!
Subscribed! You have great personality and outlook on life – thanks for your effort to share your adventures. Now that you've had your current rig and trailer setup a while, would you change anything? Would a small class C work? Has towing become a hassle or otherwise? Peace be with you…
The chuckle when you say 69 degrees. lol
