Stunning 42x14ft 2-Bedroom Static Lodge Sited With Decking & Shed On A 12-Month Park Near Skegness!
Hello there everyone and good day. It’s Shane here at My Leisure Home. Very happy to be showcasing to you again this beautiful 42 by14 ABI Bowmont Lodge. This holiday home is sit you on Croft Lakes Country Park. Okay, it comes sighted with a full wraparound decking skirting all around and a shed just at the back there as you can see as well. It’s also got a double car parking space. Now the site fees for the 2025 season for the rest of it are included. for next year they are just 2750. The holiday home itself has been reduced to just 63997. So we’re going to do a fresh video and have a look around the holiday home and location now. Okay then. So if you’re new to this Bowmont then I’ll just show you the plot but you may have seen before. It’s on a huge corner plot here on a southwest facing plot also. Really really nice situ just here. Got all this space at the front. That lovely corner hedge there that’s going to grow up nicely. Double car parking space and then this fantastic garden feature on the corner just here. Site office just over there. Now the road is going to be tarmacked up to here and it’s going to be a lovely gravel throughout and you’ve got another hedge just here and then a path. So from your car parking space, we’ve got the path here that goes to your steps on the deck in. There’s also an outdoor tap just there included as well. Um, and then the path also goes down to the shed that’s included within the purchase price. Again, reduced at just $6397. Then you got a lovely hedro that’s growing just behind as well. It’s on a southwest facing plot, so you get the sun from morning all the way to the evening on the front of the decking. It’s got a sixft side just here with your steps and a gate. They are also low gradient steps. So there’s four steps rather than three. So nice and easy to use. And just look at the sun at the side of this deck in. Now there is a fishing lake here at Croft Lakes which is free for all owners to use. The stock pod the pond has actually been there over 25 years. There’s plenty of fish in there, plenty of carp. And your tent, as you see, that was a previous price of $66.99. It is now just $6397. And it’s a real fan favorite. The Bowmont Monster. Can’t see this being around for long. But as we come into the holiday home, then we’ve got this lovely tiled effect vinyl on the floor just there. And just look at the standard of this holiday home. It’s absolutely beautiful. Been looked after really well and obviously barely used either. So, we’ll start off in the kitchen. So, you’ve got the four-seater dining room table just here over this side. So, we’ve got the L-shaped kitchen. So this cupboard here is your dishwasher. That lovely sink just there with that view outside. Fantastic views. Five hob gas cooker with your grill and oven just below. Stainless steel extractor with your LED lighting just above and that lovely splashback just there. Also over this side then that’s your boiler cupboard there just on the right hand side. And then here got this lovely pantry that lights up as you open the doors. Sorry, I did just say that on the right hand side was a boiler cupboard, but one is actually in the bathroom on this one. That is your 7030 split fridge freezer. Over this side then you got more worktop top space, stainless steel microwave just above and then in the cupboard just here have your washing machine. So as we go into the living room then you come into this lovely plush carpet. We’ve got the carpet protectors down in this one. So, you got your two-seater just here. Three-seater here with your coffee table as well. Lovely foot stool just here. Nice chandelier just above. You’ve also got Bluetooth surround speakers in this living room which you can connect to your phones and your television. Nice. Loads of windows in this one. So, it really does pull in that light. Now, this holiday home does actually have the privacy glass in. Okay. So just a little bit of a darker tint there. And then that’s the light coming in your door. So you can either warm out your television where the mirror is on the wall just there or you can put it on the corner unit just there as well. And then you got your lovely electric fire just there as well. Really nice curtains in this one. Flows throughout with the cushions and obviously the bedding as well. What we’ll do now then we’ll go to the area the holiday home that this is a massive request obviously with regards to the Bowmont as well especially this year in design with regards to what’s behind that door just over there. We’ll go to that in a second. So you have your ottoman bed. So you got under bed storage. Beautiful headboard surrounding with plug sockets either side and USB points on that side just there. Reading lights just below there. Oh, your overhead storage. And then over there you got your vanity table with your mirror plug sockets again. And then the wall-mounted television that also comes included with this holiday home. As we go into here, then we come into this walk-in wardrobe. So, we got shelving here, loads of wardrobe space here, and then this little bonus feature just here. So, as we go through this door, then we’ve got on suite bathroom with a fulls size bath, shower head just above, countertop basin, loads of storage, and shelving over here. And you got this nice large tower radiator. Okay, as we go through, we’ll now go through to the guest bedroom. The guest bedroom does have two fulls size single beds. As we just go through the door here, again, that lovely headboard surrounding, reading lights just below, and then over here you’ve got your wardrobe, vanity table with mirror and plug sockets just behind there as well. Got some coat hangers just down here in the hallway. And then your master shower room. Then that is your boiler cupboard. More storage, toilet just here, countertop basin, mirror and shelving just above and then a huge end shower just here which also has shelving just there on the left hand side. So again this is the ABI Bowmont on Croft Lakes Country Park just on the outskirts of Skaggnes. Site fees are 2750 but for the rest of the 2025 season they are included.
