2023 Apr 23, Sun., 70°F — Fun seekers like us love to walk and explore. Madrid is a big city, vibrant and engaging. There’s so much to do and see. Today, we did the Art Walk from Paseo Prado to the glitzy Gran Via. Paseo Prado is UNESCO World Heritage site for cultural (arts + sciences) landscape along with the Golden Triangle of Arts — the iconic Museo Del Prado (Prado Museum), Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía (Reina Sofía National Art Centre), and Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza (Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum). We decided not to visit any of the museums since we already did this in 2011. The fun isn’t complete without joining the bargain hunting at El Rastro, Madrid’s biggest flea market. The night went on with so much fun in tapas hopping along Cava Baja and Cava San Miguel.
