Art Museums Sunny blue skies unique  neighborhoods and bustling nightlife Begin by visiting the gran via which is probably the most iconic street in all Madrid this street connects arguelles  with Salamanca and it is one of the longest  

Streets in all Madrid it was built in 1910  from 1910 to 1921 and it is a very iconic   and famous street here in Madrid so  definitely a good starting point it   is full of restaurants bars casinos so it’s  a very vibrant and Alive part of the city

Very lovely everywhere you pass there is an iconic  building or a beautiful Building architecture this   was one of the most challenging constructions  which as I mentioned before was finished in   1921 but in order to do this around 300 buildings  they had to be demolished so there was pretty much  

A love- hate history a love story because now  everyone loves The Gran via for what it represents   not only to Madrid but for its Spain and a hate story because a lot of people back in 1921 was   against this project in which many residents  and buildings had to be demolished but now  

It is important part of the capital city  because it connects one side to the other right there behind me we got the Banco  de España the bank of Spain which you   might recognize it from the famous  series from Netflix called La Casa

Dating back to 1894 and it is very very popular for  its churros which is a fried dough dessert from   here in Spain and it gets really really busy  it is really popular and it’s definitely a  must busy so here we are we’re gonna try  it now throughout the coffee shop you can  

See many famous people have come here such as former Barcelona player Carles Puyol and Diego Armando Maradona   and so many personalities it is very busy so  you have to come here to make a line and wait but it’s  

Definitely worth it so let’s have a try so it  comes here it’s two Euros per ration and bring   six churros pretty much and you’re gonna try it  with the chocolate which is extra to use as well so let’s have a try! so much chocolate!

Mmmm DELICIOUS! SO you must come here CHOCOLATERIA San gines near puerta del sol enjoy! as you can see it gets really really busy this is the line to get in so remember chocolateria san gines for amazing churros here in Madrid definitely  a must visit for a sweet treat for yourself

Another must visit in Madrid is emblematic Park  known locally as El retiro which was exclusive   reserved of the Spanish royalty until it was  open to the public in the late 19th century   now everyone can enjoy the ornate fun times  a status of Spanish writers and heroes and  

Stylistic exhibitions and spaces found  in the sprawling 292 Acres of Green Space true to its name which means retirement  or rest many madrileños while away the   day here either relaxing on  the grass or sitting in one   of the many Terraces open air cafes  far from the bustle of the city

Prado Museum The Prado museum is not only  the most important Museum in Spain but it   is also one of the most important  in the world The Prado displays a   valuable collection with more than 8 000  paintings and more than 700 sculptures

Dating back to 1819 Museo Del Prado  houses the world’s richest and most   comprehensive collection of Spanish  paintings as well as masterpieces of   other schools of European painting  especially Italian and Flemish art

The price to enter it is usually 15 euros however  save this tip if you come on a Sunday at 5:45pm you   gain free access so it’s definitely worth it  for your next visit to Museo Del Prado not far from Puerto Del Sol we arrived to  Plaza mayor which is a must visit

Not only when coming to Madrid but in Spain  which dates back to the 17th century by   the order of King Philip III this is a place  which was very popular for events executions   bull fights and as you can see now it’s a  place where people comes have a nice walk  

There are restaurant bars so definitely  a must visit Plaza mayor here in Madrid the place where everyone comes and  take pictures is right here this is   basically the statue of King Philip  third and this one was built in 1848  

As a symbol of the history of Madrid and  as you can see a lot of people comes here   and take pictures among all the bars and  beautiful architecture here in Plaza mayor so right here behind me is the Mercado of San  Miguel which is a must visit when coming to  

Madrid you cannot miss opportunity to  come here this is an International Food market that dates back to 1916 and has been  recognised as the first Gourmet Market all Spain so definitely a must visit it’s  a bit pricey but it’s definitely worth it  

You can have different Cuisines from all around  the world and especially spanish cuisine as well another Innovative Market you can go either  by day or night it is the San Ildefonso market   in here you got also International Cuisine  from all around the world so if you are

Madrid have something that stand up from the rest of the cities, a welcoming and friendly atmosphere perhaps don’t know yet but the fact is that there always something new to go and visit in Madrid,witch ever will be the occasion this place haven’t let me down, vivan los churros Con los churros y la siesta se vive mejor ! !
