An April 2023 road trip south down U.S. Highway 395. We camped and did some scenic drives visiting Big Pine, Independence, Alabama Hills, then down to Mojave National Preserve and Joshua Tree. So glad we made time to venture out to the desert and enjoy the sights of spring.
