Stony Creek Campground | Sequoia National Forest | Sierra Nevada | Site by Site Exploration
Stony Creek Campground is one of several campgrounds located in the Kings Canyon/Sequoia National Parks area.
We would likely consider trying out this campground instead of one of the National Park campgrounds the next time we visit this area.
The campground is at a fairly high elevation of 6500 feet, and is located within a forest of conifers.
One thing to remark is this area has a gas station and some basic camper services (but no showers).

I like when you put out the exact date of the campground tour.
a brief weather report would be very helpful to those of us not living in the area and would like to choose the best weather month for our visit.
