Nice house, I am sure you won't cook, there is always delivered food and eating out! It is a large house so you have spare bedrooms for lodgers maybe? You are probably spending more than you do for hotels, as you live half a week at your girlfriends family home, but its always there for you 24/7 if you want or if she asks you to leave again!

The Pad is clean throughout and a good size too, the layout of the kitchen needs some tinkering about but it looks good for some bachelor living………once you settle in it'll be happy days.
