Super Easy San Sebastián (Basque Burnt) Cheesecake

Start with 840g cream cheese + 1 ½ cups caster sugar → whisk until smooth & creamy.
Add 6 eggs, 300ml double cream, and 1 tsp vanilla extract → whisk well until silky.
Mix in 1 tbsp all-purpose flour + 1 tbsp cornflour → fold gently.

Pour into a 22cm tin and bake at 200°C for 25–30 mins (or air fry at 150°C for 25–30 mins, until golden on top).

It should be a little jiggly in the center—that’s when it’s perfect! Let it cool to room temp, then chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Slice, drizzle with your favorite chocolate sauce 🍫, and enjoy the rich, creamy goodness 🧀💛
