Majorca Platja del Port de Pollenca and Formentor 1968 old cine film 414
Vintage 8mm cine film from 1968 capturing a holiday to Mallorca (Majorca), centred around Platja del Port de Pollença. The reel opens with a scenic boat trip around the point and past the Mirador Cap de Formentor, followed by lovely footage of the beach and the Formentor hotel. There are additional glimpses of the surrounding countryside, along with a charming sequence of local dancers performing at the hotel. Although the film quality reflects its age, it offers a nostalgic snapshot of Mallorca in the late 1960s and may be of interest to anyone who enjoys historic travel footage.
